Thank you for shopping at NOCK. We take pride in the quality of our printed cushion covers, sofa covers, table covers, runners, and tapestries. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Conditions for Returns

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and clear photographs of the product if you received a damaged or misprinted item.

Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/print, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If NOCK sent a defective, misprinted, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
Payment Methods: Due to standard e-commerce practices in Pakistan, refunds cannot be reversed directly to cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. Your refund will be transferred via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

Timeline: Please allow [e.g., 5-7 business days] for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after the return is processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a cover or tapestry for a different print or size, please mention this when you contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We perform strict quality checks, but if your item arrives damaged, torn, or with a printing defect, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
